    　We are assigned with homework to research a company of its global expansion, the problems it met and the way it applied to to solve problems. I did not have the right attitude of well completing it and I have been thinking of finishing it in an casual manner which was practiced later on. Advices were then given that I should have done it much better if I had delved into it in a profound way. My burning confidence and complacency was gone immediately.
